Senior Contract Attorney
Our senior contract attorneys have completed a minimum of 2000 hours of service on document review projects for Pathways Personnel, each exhibiting exemplary attendance, reliability, professionalism, and performance. Our legal professionals are experienced in every aspect of document review and production. For document review projects with a staff of six or more contract attorneys, we will provide, at the standard billing rate for the project, a senior contract attorney who serves as the point person on the project for Pathways and can be used by the client for quality control and to communicate instructions to the rest of the group.
Our legal recruiters interview and screen all contract attorneys, verify these candidates state bar admissions, and check their professional references. In addition, each Pathway senior contract attorney has had a recent background check. At your request, we also can run background checks on the contract attorneys and other project staff members.
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with any of our contract attorneys, we will not bill you for their time providing you notify us notice with the first 72 hours of the project.
