Project Team

Pathways’ Contract Attorneys, Paralegals and Litigation Support Professionals are experienced document review professionals who have worked on projects of varying scale, complexity, and urgency.  Our Project Team Professionals are skilled in numerous e-discovery and litigation support technologies and best practices as well as in the management of paper-based document reviews. When required we can provide Contract Attorneys with fluency in a requested language.  Pathways Personnel’s on-line time keeping system lets our contract employees enter their time and make any appropriate notations quickly and efficiently.

Senior Contract Attorney

These individuals have completed a minimum of 2000 hours of service on document review projects for Pathways Personnel.  They have exhibited exemplary attendance, reliability, professionalism and performance.  Our Senior Contract Attorney’s are experienced in every aspect of document review and production.  For document review projects of 6 contract attorney’s or more a Senior Contract Attorney will be provided at the standard billing rate for the project.  The Senior Contract Attorney is the point person on the project for Pathways and can be used by the client for quality control and to communicate instructions to the rest of the group.

Screening

All Contract Attorneys are interviewed by a Pathways Legal Recruiter.  The Contract Attorney’s state bar admission is verified and professional references are checked.  All our Senior Contract Attorney’s have had a background check completed.  At the client’s request Pathways can run background checks on the Contract Attorneys and other project staff members.
