Our client offers a work-hard, play-hard culture. They are looking for a skilled Senior Administrative Assistant to join their Marketing team. Successful candidates will be extremely well organized, have excellent communication skills, and be capable of working effectively with the Executive Team to coordinate various marketing initiatives, events and other activities.
Primary Responsibilities: Draft, edit, and proofread various team documents, correspondence, presentations, agendas, meeting minutes, etc., maintain electronic document databases, manage complex calendars, arrange travel, plan and execute various events and conferences including handling contracts, managing budgets, and attending as necessary. Handle extensive internal and external client communications and manage and coordinate department sub teams.
Qualifications: BA degree or equivalent experience is required. Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience supporting VP level or above. Marketing experience is strongly preferred. Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Exceptional organizational, communication and interpersonal skills are necessary. Must have a keen attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate next steps. Strong problem solving and process improvement skills.
Compensation up to $85K, DOE, plus generous annual bonus structure.
