Our client is a premier bay area employer AND a highly prestigious international powerhouse law firm. Our client seeks a Word Processor for its Palo Alto office.
This position will be responsible for document processing production, including input, formatting and revision of documents in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio on the 2010 platform; proofreading finished materials; transcribing audio files and voicemails; scanning documents; creating fill-in forms in Acrobat; converting documents to and from pdf; WordPerfect; and MS Office applications for Windows; using email, including email with multiple attachments; transferring documents to/from removable media; conducting Internet, intranet, network and archive searches; responding to phone inquiries and other requests by users; downloading/saving/printing from various Data Sites; generating TOC and TOA (utilizing Best Authority); performing redlines using Litera ChangePro and native Word; answering questions regarding the use of word processing programs by phone and in person; maintaining Firmwide contacts in SalesForce in a backup role to secretaries; logging work and cost recovery information.
Proficiency with Word, MS Windows, Outlook, WorkSite, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, Visio, Acrobat, DTE and scanning software is required.
This role has a work week from Sunday (11:30-8:00) - Thursday (12:30-9:00).
