Primary duties: time entry, review of pre-bills, travel arrangements, filing, and other administrative support to secretaries and attorneys in the Litigation group. Occasional overtime is required.
Qualifications: 1+ years of administrative experience in a professional services or legal setting, and a BA/BS degree is preferred. Ability to maintain confidentiality, work independently and prioritize multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, exceptional attention to detail, proofreading skills, and proficiency in MS Office suite are needed.
