Job Description

Our client is a large international law firm that calls some of the world's top financial institutions and global corporations their clients.  They are headquartered in California. The firm has a progressive flexible work environment.  Our client encourages all employees to seek out additional training and professional growth opportunities to advance their career with the firm.  The law firm is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition & Development Administrator for their growing San Francisco office.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain internal, law school, search firm, and professional association relationships. 

  • Coordinate onboarding and integration plans of all new hires including preparing orientation schedules.

  • Collaborate to implement talent acquisition programs, initiatives and activities; manage the on campus interviewing program.

  • Coordinate and oversee the summer associate program. 

  • Create and manage CLE and other professional development programs, oversee the local performance management processes, programs and initiatives.

  • Facilitate compliance programs. 

Qualifications:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills;

  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook;

  • Bachelor’s degree required; 

  • 5+ years of HR, recruiting and development experience in a law firm environment preferred or professional services preferred required.

Salary:  To 80K.  Can be flexible depending on years of experience.
